Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Duration : 2 years)
All our car mats and carpets are covered by a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.
- What is covered : Any manufacturing defect, incorrect cutting patterns compared to the specified vehicle dimensions, or premature, abnormal wear under standard conditions of use.
- Your rights : In the event of a defect, we will provide a free repair or replacement. You do not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of purchase.
- Exclusions : The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, lack of proper maintenance (unsuitable cleaning products), or normal wear and tear of the driver's heel pad.
